Welcome to Suited Caribou Media
Suited Caribou Media is a Glasgow based company that specialises in post production work in the film and television industry.
Originally founded on 2 February 2013 as Mr Q Media, the company was setup by Chris Quick who served as the Head of Post Production for Quick Off The Mark Productions from October 2009 to February 2016. The companies main function was to provide a banner for Quick to operate under whilst working outside of QOTMP. It was decided in 2015 that Quick Off The Mark Productions would cease trading in 2016 following the decision by his fellow colleague, Mark D. Ferguson, to move to Canada. Following that decision, Quick decided to turn to Mr Q Media full time and relaunched it as Suited Caribou Media on 30 June 2015.
Over the last few years, the company has been involved in many and varied projects including Broken Record, Electric Faces, Fanatic and The Greyness of Autumn which also marked his directorial debut. In addition to this, Quick has also served as the deputy director of the Glasgow Filmmakers Alliance which he established with Andrew O’Donnell in 2011.
